Royal family interacting with REWARD


Vitrociset presenting RewardOn 19th September at Vitrociset premises during one of the most important commercial event arranged by Vitrociset to promote its brand, Massimo Guadagnoli had the pleasure to present the REWARD project, showing the real demo of the Central Monitoring System, to the Prince of Kent (cousin of the Queen Elisabeth the 2nd). The royal family is devoted to foster the industrial business of the Great Britain and during the demo, he has been well impressed of the innovation of our REWARD project and his assistant suggested exploiting this system around the Russian countries since they have a lot of issues coming from the age of their nuclear plants.

REWARD at the NSS-MIC 2013


XIE at Nuclear Science SymposiumX-Ray Imaging Europe (XIE) and Albert Ludwigs University from Freiburg (ALU-FR) attended the 2013 IEEE Nuclear Science Symposium and Medical Imaging Conference, and Room-Temperature Semiconductor X-Ray and Gamma-Ray Detectors workshop from October 27th - November 2nd in Seoul (Korea). ALU-FR presented the up-to-date status and recent achievements of REWARD through poster and oral presentation. XIE also gave a presentation on the gamma detectors and, having a stand at the exhibition area, had the opportunity to disseminate the project also taking contacts with potential customers and end users

1st REWARD Open Workshop

Vitrociset facilitiesAn open REWARD workshop, focused on the last achievements of the project, is planned on 21st November at Vitrociset premises in Rome. There will be a demonstration of the functionalities of REWARD system and of the Central Monitoring Station. The Civil Protection of Campania region, the Catalan Protecció Civil, the Spanish Guardia Civil and the Italian Fire Brigades will also actively contribute to the end users discussion1st REWARD Open Workshop.
